I have been reading some inspiring books while here in India, and I really wanted to share a particular book with you called The Four Agreements, written by Don Miguel Ruiz. I think everyone should read this book, it's full of wonderful lessons that we can all find some positive inspiration from. I love a good self-help book and this is a beautiful tool for personal growth.
It is based on ancient Toltec wisdom, giving us insight into the spiritual knowledge and practises of the ancient ones. It is an enlightening book, teaching us to adopt Four Agreements that can help transform our lives. By regaining our freedom, and breaking any self-limiting beliefs that restrict us from living our life to its full potential, we can live with true meaning, from the heart, with only love and happiness for ourselves and the rest of the world.
